spousal support/garnished

got a hearing court order on the amount (incorrect however) but I

didn't gt his wages garnished, sinse

he cannot be trusted, how do I ammend this? The 10 days on appeal is up come Monday. To a higher court.. should I just appeal?

Re: spousal support/garnished

There is no provision, apparently, for wage withholding only for spousal support (as opposed for child support)under Va. Code sections 20-79.1 and 20-79.2, and in a sitaution like yours only involving a claim for spousal support, the obligor/payor must first become delinquent on the arrearages established by the court before you could move for enforcement through a summons in garnishment(based upon my reading of the pertinent statutory authority).
