Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

spousal support/temporary

I got a rule for a little as I have been abandoned, almost for the last year. I filed-got-it,but want to

amend to get it garnish wage, not

''trust'' of x- who is very wishwashy

deceitful man. I tried to aske this

judge, any question, he slung ''contempt'' words at ME..and

I was totally polite, in there. I looked up definition for that and I met none of those criteria for him to speak to me..like that. I failed to

''ask'' because of this ductape behavior of the juge, (jdcourt).. now how do I amend to get it added on to this order.. In other

words how do I amend a court order? I have ONE day and the 10 days of appeal is up. Amend howevre

can I?

Thanks so much for this site...!

Re: spousal support/temporary

You cannot get an order for garnishment in the type of situation(in my opinion) until the obligor has fallen in arrears on his spousal support obligation and the court has awarded you a judgment for these arrearages.
