Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My spouse and I separated in April of 09. We have 3 small children and reside down the street from each other in Virginia. My spouse obtained an apartment and signed a lease and moved with no notice. He didnt start seeing the children regularly until Jun 18, 09 when we went to court for custody and visitation. We have legal joint custody and I'm the custody. He refuses to pay for childcare or assist in paying for childcare. I recieve no child support because the administative order is pending. Now, he constantly sends me emails with all this legal jargon. I have been told that he is in a relationship with a "law student". I have reason to believe that is where these emails are coming from. CAN this "law student" represent him in a VA court if they reside in AZ? What can I do about him not following the visitation order??

You should consult an attorney about getting child support, child care and health care money and finalizing a divorce. No, a law student can not represent him, unless permitted by the Judge and that is not likely. That could be the unauthorized practice of law and could be a felony, which could in turn prevent one from ever using their law license. Good luck.
