Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If my spouse and I sign a marital agreement where in he relinquishes all claims to the house, my current and retirement earnings, how much weight would that marital agreement carry in a court of law should we decide to dissolve our marriage after the agreement is signed and he changes his mind about what was agreed upon in the marital agreement?
