Re: out of state child visitation

If jursidcition is with Virginia and a motion has been filed to modify an existing order with respect to visitation, the matter will be decided by a Virginia court. As to whether the court will change the date again for the scheduled hearing to accommodate a party, you would need to contact the clerk's office for that information.
