Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Out of State Move with my child

My Daughters mom wants to move to fla. to be with fiance. No ext. family there-tons here, they have jobs that they could get anywhere. Father and his entire family have been fully involved with child since birth. 20 months. Just paid 2000 for custody/visitation/support. I'm a college student, she works for the atty who represents her, free. Any advice?
