State VA, If a man signs the acknowledgement of paternity knowing he wasnt the father, AND now after 7 years the Biological father comes into the pictures wanting rights and a paternity test. Will the non-biological father lose his rights as being that childs father?

Yes, highly probable, if the DNA paternity test result upholds the

claims of the one asserting his status as the biological father of

the child at issue and absolutely excludes the one who falsely

acknowledged paternity of said child.
