Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

State of Virginia, Ex and I are divorced, per divorce degree he is to pay me set sum a month until his debt is paid off and was to maintain me on his health insurance until divorce was final, neither occured has occured, do I need an attorney to petition the court for this? or can i file something to start receiving my payments?

It is best to have an attorney to file the correct paperwork and argue for you. Perhaps it can be settled without going to court if attorney writes a letter on your behalf.
