in the state of virginia, when is the legal age that a child should have their own room?

Fortunately, this kind of issue is not a matter of Virginia law (as far as I am
aware), but rather an issue for the parent(s) or guardian of the child(ren)
to determine using their (hopefully) good common sense and descretion
acquired during their years on the planet.

This is the parent's decision or a guardian's. The court can look at it if custody issue arises.
