Even Social Security Disability benefits are not necessarily exempt
in determining the obligation of a recipent for paying child support
who has only that income. Nor would the fact that the subject child was allegedly not living with the child's mother nor attending school necessarily negate this recipient 's obligation to pay support for such a child.
