in the state of virginia,my husband is getting railroaded with child support. The child wasn't with the mother or attending school most of the time,and they want income that i didn't have.I have no earned income. Only disability benefits.everyone knows that it's wrong,howewer,they want me too except their order.We need help from someone who isn't afraid of The state

Even Social Security Disability benefits are not necessarily exempt

in determining the obligation of a recipent for paying child support

who has only that income. Nor would the fact that the subject child was allegedly not living with the child's mother nor attending school necessarily negate this recipient 's obligation to pay support for such a child.
