Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i have been a stay at home mom for 2 years and my boyfriend is trying to put me out for no reason. I have a small baby girl and currently in school but a stay home mom. How long do I have to leave his house because my name is not on the deed?

If you're not married to this boyfriend and your name is not on the deed, you

have no rights at all and he can probably evict you from the property

in about 30-60 days.
