Stealing all my funiture

My father paste away i am the executor of the estate my fathers girl friend moved out and when see did she took all of my furniture all ofit not just hers but every thing what should i do

Go to the clerk's office of your local general district court and tell them that you as the executor of your father's estate want to file what's called a Warrant in Detinue for the return of personal property belonging to your father's estate and now being wrongfully distrained(withheld)by this girl friend, and, additionally, in the event that such property cannot be returned for whatever reason, you request that the court enter judgment against this person for its fair market value.
