What are the first steps in pursuing a divorce in my city? I do not work, I have no resources and I have no support system. Is filing expensive or do they have lawyers that do pro bono work in this field?

No, no pro bono for divorce cases, but you might be able to qualify for legal assistance from one of the low cost legal services providers in your

area which should be worth your while to check out.
