im in a sticky military situation.

my husband left on a 6 month deployment. we verbally said we are seperated. and so i started to date again. now me and my current b/f want to have a child together. can i still be charged with adultry. we havent signed any papers yet. what should we do?

I recommend that you immediately contact an attorney who practices family law. Assuming that you have no children with your husband, if you execute a separation agreement, you can file for divorce six months after you have separated. Once you are divorced you can start a family.

Yes, I'd say your now deployed husband probably now has grounds sufficent for an immediate divorce from you based upon the fault ground of adultery.

As to your question "what should we do?" That would have to be up to you(even rhymes) as you certainly must know your husband better than any attorney answering questions on the lawguru website.
