stopping wife from taking kids over-seas

hi there i have a situation.my wife is planning on leaving to guam and we live in virginia .im in the military

and i know that if i let her go she will file for a devorce on guam.do i have any rights to say that she

can not go! also i have and caught her cheating behind my back and has a debit card from the person she was cheatin with or still cheating with.i caught her 2 1/2 years ago. i dont want to devorce her but if she does im trying to have her file for it out in VA..your help asnd services will be appreciated

Yes you do! You can file an emergency motion in court asking that the court issue an emergency petition to forbid her from taking the children out of the state until the court has a full hearing!!!

You need to contact an attorney right away. Your zip code doesn't appear to be in No. Virginia so unfortunately I won't be able to help you but you really need to get an attorney to file that petition right away!
