Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I submitted the PSA and Complaint for Divorce today. I now need to send the Complaint to the husband who lives in another state. He is in full agreement with the divorce. I want to know can I send him the information certified so he has to sign for it? Also since this in uncontested do I have to do a deposition or can I request an Ore Tenus hearing?

Yes, have him sign for the waiver and all other paperwork as required.

No, Ore Tenus hearing, only, once the completed paperwork has been returned and filed with the circuit court.
