Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Subpoena records to help prove adultery

Can phone records and time sheets from place of employment be gotten to help prove adultery? I already have copies of e-mails planning a get together for sex, emails written to me from the person he had an affair with, but I think this person might lie in court to protect herself.
