subsidized day care vouchers

What is the punishment for obtaining subsidized day care vouchers illegally? For example if someone is receiving the vouchers and does not update their information once they start making too much money to qualify and start receiving child support will they have to pay the money back or have any legal action taken against them?

Probably would depend upon which agency issued the vouchers and whatever policy it may have with respect to this situation, and whether the alleged violation was provably intentional or merely the result of the voucher payee's negligence or oversight.
