Sueing uncle for recovery of money spent
My siblings and I would like to sue my uncle for the money we have had to pay lawyers for the last 18 years in order to get what is legally ours. Even after binding arbitration in 2005, we have had to continue to fight him to get estate and land settled.

Before you start suing, better get the opinion of at least two attorneys on the matter who are experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of trusts and estates to determine whether there's any merit to your proposed claim(s).
