Summer visitation

Father has full custody Mother has every other weekend Order states summer mother has 5 weeks notify in writing April 1st which 5 weeks not to be more than 2 weeks at a time father changed sched. can he do that? does mother have to do by week or can she do a few days at a time?

If you mean to ask, can the father change the court order regarding the mother's visitation schedule, the answer is, no, he cannot (without violating the order).

And with respect to the mother's visitation schedule, she can in theory do whatever is not prohibited by the order, including taking a few days at a time of her alloted visitation.

Parents should make every attempt to resolve reasonable difference of interpretation of particular orders that may not clearly cover particular issues in order to avoid having to come back into court and burden the judge with these issues on which they cannot come to agreement.
