Support during separation period
I want to divorce my active duty husband of 10 years. During the 6/12 month separation period, am I entitled to receive his BAH? Is his rank a determining factor in how much I receive?

During the separation period you should be able to receive whatever you were receiving prior to the separation.
In terms of your husband's rank, of course, the higher the rank, the more in absolute dollars you will receive due to his higher compensation. In terms of whether the percentage of what you are entitled to receive increases with rank, I do not know.
