Taking baby to another state

Thank you for your previous answer, I apreciate your help a lot. I would like to ask you, if I am not married with the father of my baby (we live in Virginia and I want to move to Floria with the baby) and if the baby's father goes to court and ask the judge to forbid me leaving Virginia, in this case what is the probability that I will not be permitted to leave Virginia with the baby without father's approval? Thank you.
