Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I was taking to court for child support, i am not on the birth certificate and there is no indication before in the past that i was the father, the judge ruled that i had to pay child support for a kid that i am not evesure is mine.

Then you should file the paperwork necessary for this court to

order a paternity test pursuant to Va. Code Sec. 20-49.10 entitled

Relief from legal determination of paternity.
