Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex has temporary primary custody, in Virginia until our court date in Nov. He's 'allowing' me to have our daughter for a short vacation, and is asking tons of questions of me, as where I work, who may or may not be caring for my daughter while I'm working. I have no issue giving this information, yet I'm wondering without a court order, do I 'have' to give him any information. He (or his foster parents that adopted him at age 25... ) has obtained an attorney, and for the preliminary hearing of which I ordered, I was completely ignored and ran over, without myself having legal representation, including them having closed sessions and information sharing without my presence.... Help please, thanks

No, in the absence of a valid court order or a reasonable basis for requesting such information, in

my opinion you are under no legal obligation to provide it to your ex under the circumstances
