Terminating Parental Rights

I had a child in 1991, she has been in the custody of my aunt since that time....I have not had any interaction with her. I am paying child support as of Dec 2001. I would like to terminate my parental rights.I do not plan on gaining custody of her at any time. What are my steps in doing this..My aunt has not spoken to me in over 6 years. She lives in Ohio and I live in Virginia. Can you please point me in the right direction.
