terminating rights
I have two kids by my ex and i have chosen not to have any contact with them in over 6 years, can i terminate my rights? my ex and I both live in virginia would a judge automatically approve me terminating my rights:

No way; in Virginia judges normally would agree to terminate your parental rights to these two children only within the context of pending adoption proceeding(s)for both children.
