Termination of Rights
I live in Va and so does my ex with the kids. I have chosen not to have contact with them for 3 years now, can I terminate my rights? Can a judge deny me terminating my rights?

It is rare to see someone move to terminate their own rights. In any event,the decision of the court will focus on what is in the best interests of the minor children.
