Text Message Details Court Order

How can I obtain a court order to get the details of text messages from my spouses phone (that is not in my name) for which I believe adultery data is within the text messages

Once you file for a fault-grounded divorce, you or your attorney could probably then subpoena these phone text messages as part of the pretrial discovery process.
