My name is Paulo and I will like to know how can I put a Restraining Order at my wife,I went to the magister and they say I can not do that with out an actual incident,so basicly something has to happend in order for them to do something.

I'm thinking of moving out of the house and I know she will hold me Phisicaly and wont let me go,how can I prevent my self from getting in trouble do to her Obsession?thank you.
