If you are told you have a four year old child, that you never knew about after the child is taken from the other parent by family members, what are the chances of you getting custody of that child?

First you would need to petition the appropriate J&DR;Court to have paternity
of this child established, and if in fact it is determined that you are the child's biological father, the court would then consider your petition for custody, evaluating the many factors which by law it must consider in determining
whether it would be in the child's best interests to award you custody.
