Tresspassing notices against own children

My husband does not get along with my daughter who is his step-daughter.We both built and own our home jointly.He says he is going to file a no tresspassing notice against her so she will never be allowed up here again.Dont I have a say in this aslo-legally???Can he actually do this and my dis agreement with it mean nothing???

Please hurry-I am running out of time...

Silly, silly, silly. Don't worry about it. He's being stupid. It'll never work. The house is marital property no spouse can exclude a minor child of the family from the residence absent some type of intervention by Social Services and the Juvenile Court.
