Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

ok i just turned 18 sep 7 of 2009, my mom is trying to make me pay for my health insurance every month, which is 100 dollars, and i dont have a job, she already kicked me out once, and she is threatening to do it again tomorrow if i dont sighn a contract sayig i will sighn it, and it also includes i will fix her bumper on her car, that i messed up when i was 16, now i really need this fast if someone can help me
