Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

UNcontested divorce

I recently had a child custody agreement with went through the court system. Now my wife is not living up to the agreement about letting the kids call me or letting me talk to them when I call what can I do?

Also about the divorce what will I have to do for a noncontested divorce, and how long will it take?

Also we are suppose to talk about my beening able to get the kids when it's not visitation and she's not doing that either. I don't like to keep going back and forth to the court room.

Thanks for your assistance

Re: UNcontested divorce

It's important to know whether it was an agreement in the form of a contract or in the form of a court order. If its a court order, you can file a petition for issuance of a rule to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of court. If you have been separated long enough the divorce shouldn't take more than a couple months.
