Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Hello I need to know how to really really get someone to understand what my sister in law is doing to her brother who suffers with a mental inpairment she is taking advantage of him us she controls his money he does not have all his money, he calls her to bring him any he wont s some which is not much.

I got to be his payee but she went down to Social Security and how the blank they let her be his payee beats me one thing may be she keeps on saying his account got overdrawn like the year after we got married I did not do no such thing she is a very sneaky evil person very demanding controlling.

I am wonting to separate from him but I lost my Section 8 which sure is messing me up with moving somewhere I am looking low rent and have applied and put in an application for here and am hoping I get a letter have emailed some more places, transportion is a issue to and our buss s run like on a hour schudle.

I am so stresed and worried and just think is there a way of this because I just feel stuck and helpless please Help respond ASAP how do I go about the moving part I have thought about renting us a room but my daughter is 24 and special needs that is not a good idea.

I don't see any legal issues here that this forum is designed to rectify. (If Social Security has improperly

removed you as your brother's designated payee, you should contact them to contest it.)

I don't understand. Are you married to him?

I would imagine that he signed some document changing the payee to your sister-in-law. Otherwise they would not have done it.

So he should issue a new document revoking her as the payee.
