Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

unfounded child abuse case

I had a false accusation of child abuse put on me and my husband. The CPS investigation proved it to be unfounded. We've done the paperwork to have the documents opened to us; however, the court representatives have REALLY treated us badly, and some of them work directly involved in this case. What do we need to do to have this case moved to a different county if the court here decides that they don't have to open the files up to us?

It's unclear what your objective is in continuing to pursue this matter when "the CPS investigation proved it to be unfounded."
