Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Validity of Nevada divorces in VA

My husband and I have been separated 6 months and have a signed, notarized separation agreement which adequately addresses child support and division of assets. Are no-residency Nevada divorces valid in Virginia so we don't have to wait another 6 months to file? Thank you.
