Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Vehicles

My wife wants the car I gave away to my niece when we were separate. I was told she is entitled to half of what it's worth because it's martial property. I asked my lawyer to have her reimburse me for a car she put in my name that I didnt approve of. She lease a car in my name with a power of attorney when I was deployed. I had to pay $1400 to keep it from being repo. I make the payments on the vehicle still. I'm I entitled to anything? This is considered martial property to right? Since she is entitled to money on the other car because its martial property. She is entitled to pay me something on this vehicle right? I have my own car already so I don't need this one and she can't put it in her name because of her credit.

Well, if you've already asked your lawyer, what does s/he have to say regarding this matter?
