Virginia Child Custody
Can an exwife use the fact that exhusband has a girlfriend to take away custody? Even if exhusband and girlfriend plan to marry?

Re: Virginia Child Custody
No, this would merely be one factor for a court hearing the custody matter to consider, and how and whether it might impact the best interests of the subject child(ren), if at all. Chances are(if the two are not ensconced within the same household) it would likely be held to be merely a nugatory factor.
