What laws in Virginia address incorrigible children.

I have a 16 year old step son who will not mind, who terrorizes the three females in the house.

Contact youre local DSS (Department of Social Services)office; they may have

some suggestions ranging from counseling for this young terrorizer to something more stringent as a possible solution for this situation.
