In Virginia, what is the IVF contract policy between clients and the clinic? Do the clinics have custody over the embryos?

I'm from Virginia, and I was looking at York v. Jones, which awarded the embryos to the couple in the face of the custody dispute. I would like to know if the initial contract between the client and the clinic can be deemed "unconscionable" and therefore not enforceable (theoretically). Thank you!
