In Virginia when doing an Ore Tenus divorce what age does the witness have to be?

Should be an adult, i.e., 18 years of age or older who has known the plaintiff sufficiently long to be familiar with the plaintiff's divorce case and domestic situation and therefore in a position to respond accurately to all of the two dozen or so questions that will be asked of the witness at the Ore Tenus hearing.
