Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

In Virginia, does "rental income" for purposes of calculating gross income for child support mean "gross rental income" or "net rental income"? My ex rents out the home we lived in that she got in the divorce, but she pays the mortgage, taxes, etc. Thanks.

Gross, in the same way that wage income is calculated (before all mandatory deductions) for purposes of calculating child support.
