Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

In Virginia..I recently signed a lease with a woman (non-romantic) in november. our first week we had an argument. now, 45 days after the argument she is threatening to get a protective order in order to get me out of the house and re-sign the lease with someone else. will a judge issue her one after 45 days after this alleged incident (assuming she lies and says she feels threatened)? Do I need to worry if they will stop me from being able to access my own home?

Yes, you could be booted from what you describe as your "own home", if the court hearing the matter chooses to believe the supposed perjurious statements of your landlord in support of her application for a civil protection order---against you.
