Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
a virtually unpresent fathers parents (grand parents) cut my sons hair without permission and messed it up bad! they have crossed too many boundaries including building a nursury in their home and outright declaring that theyre going to have a new child before he was born. they insisted on adopting him. they have blatently tried to assume the role of "mom and dad" and insist on making perental decisions that they arent allowed to make ( schedule, Haircuts, diet, etc) i want to press charges.
what can i do? the visitation is set with the father and he lives with his nut job parents. these people are crazy, but not crazy enough to be taken by the state and institutionalized. im angry and even more concerned for my son. this is completely rediculous and wrong. i need help.

I am unclear regarding whether the grandparents adopted the child. If not, you may go to court and attempt to modify any prior orders.
