"I was just wondering Is there a law that states that a grandparent can go to court to get visitation rights to see a grandchild If the parents of the child does not want the grandparent to see the child untill the child gets old enough to make his or her own dissusion?"

Grandparent visitation is available in VA. Desire of the child has nothing to do with it. Check my web page for a recent case on the subject.
