Visitation Changes

I would like more visitation with my children. My question is my ex wife and I agree to new visitation and we both sign an agreement what else do I need to do so that if anything should happen with her not allowing me my ''new'' visitation. Do I just go to court with our agreement and the Judge makes it offical?

Yes, but it still needs to be in the best interest of the children. You need to be sure there are no other issues.
