Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I have a No visitation court order that has been in place since December of 2012 but the father states he can talk to the children and visit with them in public. Is this correct? What does NO Visitation mean? Please help me clarify this.

A court order that specifies no visitation for a particular person (normally) means just that, i.e., NO VISITATION, whether in a public or private space with the child(ren) at issue. (And the person who willfully ignores such an
order could be charged with contempt of court and sanctioned as appropriate.)
