Visitation

If it is court ordered child visitation what can be done if the the child refuses to come if they are 15 years of age.

Not much, unless it is determined that the custodial parent is prompting the child to refuse such visitations. If that is the case, the matter should be brought back before the court, possibly, on a Rule To Show Cause as to why this parent should not be found in contempt.
