Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

visitation denial/cohabitation...

custodial mom is denying visitation set up/agreed upon in a signed/notarized separation agreement. She has now filed a praecipe, a motion for pendite lite custody and visitation and an order prohibiting either party from cohabitating with someone to whom they are not married while the minor children are in their physical presence. What legal steps are available to me?

Better get an attorney to represent you in circuit court or at least attend the hearing to secure reasonable visitation rights with your children.
